The average age of the vines is 30 years.
Traditional vinification with ageing on total lees over a period of 6 months. Made from the Sauvignon grape variety, our white Sancerre is dry, fresh and lively, enriched by citrus aromas.
It can be served as an aperitif. It is a wonderful accompaniment to fish and cheeses.
