Alma Del Jaguar Barricas Series Ruby Wine Cask Añejo Tequila is an innovative añejo expression from Mexico, crafted at 44% ABV and finished in Spanish oak ex-Ruby Port casks from Portugal's Douro Valley. This final aging imparts a stunning rosy hue and layers rich fruit notes onto the traditional agave base, creating a decadent, fruit-forward profile. Part of the Barricas series, it masterfully balances sweet agave complexity with luxurious port influences.

A rich medley of sweet cooked agave, dark berries, red berries, cherry, soft florals, vanilla, and gentle oak.

Velvety and full-bodied palate bursts with plum, black cherry, raspberry jam, caramelized agave, dark fruit, ripe plum, honey, red and black fruits, almond, nut medley, jam, and toasted oak, balanced by subtle peppery spice.
