Cain Cuvee NV14 Red Blend is an aromatic red with nuances of plum, ripe strawberry and flowers. Full body, soft tannins and a savoury finish. Beautiful now. A blend of merlot and cabernet with some franc and petit verdot. A blend of 2013 and 2014. Available in 2018.
The NV14 is the richest and densest Cain Cuvée we have bottled. The wine is dark and the bouquet is shy. You won't really "get it" until you put it in your mouth and taste its firmness, round fullness and smooth texture. The wine finishes with a satisfying bitterness.
