Really great customer service! I didn't allow my order enough time to be delivered for a wedding. They tried to get UPS to change the delivery but couldn't. They offered to enter another order and stop shipment and return the first order for me. The champagne was delivered on time! I really appreciated the responsiveness of the company!
I have not yet tried it. Again, the packaging to ship is too much!!
Champagne was lovely... when it arrived. There was a problem with delivery, in that one box went missing. It felt like it took a lot of badgering from me to obtain a response then a replacement. Ultimately it all worked out satisfactorily, however I'm very wary of using this service again.
