Process & Profile

Crafted from hand-harvested grapes sourced from Napa Valley's top vineyards, including the exceptional Coombsville region, this Cabernet Sauvignon is the product of precision viticulture. The cool nighttime harvest ensures the fruit retains optimal freshness, followed by fermentation using indigenous yeasts for an authentic character. Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, with 50-71% new oak depending on the vintage, this wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered for maximum purity and integrity. The result is a refined, full-bodied red wine brimming with complexity and structure. Key details:
  • Region: Napa Valley, California
  • Aging: 20 months in French oak (50-71% new)
  • Varietal Composition: Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, with small percentages of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot in some vintages.

    Wrong vintage. Unresponsive.

Ordered 2017 Paul Hobbs Cab. Received 2018. I see now that "Allow Vintage Substitutions" box was Preselected. My error for not seeing this. I would have never allowed for substitution.

Spent a week of emails and attempted "live chat" to address the issue. Misleading and frustrating.

Will never use this site again.
