    Another favorite NV

    A harmonious Champagne in an aperitif style that appeals for its fine balance, lightly mouthwatering acidity and pretty flavors of ripe apple and raspberry fruit, pickled ginger, toast and lemon zest.

Traditionally, aged for three years and a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier. Pale gold in color with an abundance of delicate bubbles. Floral aromas along with a subtle predominance of white fruits: pear, apples, almonds, and hazelnuts. On the palate, a fresh opening, smooth pleasant and balanced. Great with Breton lobster and cream sauce, sole with morel mushrooms, and chicken borchettes with citronella.
