Our 2015 Aloxe-Corton "Domaine Latour" reveals a deep ruby hue and a powerful nose of black cherry and licorice. The mouth is round and elegant with melted tannins. Notes of liquorice emerge on the finish with a subtle toasty touch. Pleasant to drink from now on. Pair with "Coq au vin", flash-fried steak, red meat, mature cheeses.
