It is a very good wine, to drink now or to keep a maximum of 5 years to preserve the fruitiness of the wine. It will be enjoyed alone with friends or with fish in sauce, cooked crustaceans, dry goat's cheese such as Crottin de Chavignol.
Medium intensity, it reveals notes of exotic fruits (passion fruit and pineapple) and honeysuckle.
It is dry, fresh and greedy with aromas of citrus (grapefruit), exotic fruits (passion fruit, pineapple), flint and with a little vegetal (grass cut). The finish is of medium length.
