Casa Noble Reposado Tequila is a premium, organic spirit crafted from 100% single-estate blue agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico, and aged meticulously for 364 days in new French oak barrels—just one day shy of becoming an añejo. This exquisite tequila offers a harmonious balance of rich, complex flavors, including sweet cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, toasted almonds, and delicate oak, accented with floral and citrus notes for an elevated tasting experience. Its smooth, full-bodied texture and golden amber hue make it perfect for savoring neat, on the rocks, or in refined cocktails. Encased in a stunning hand-blown cobalt blue bottle, Casa Noble Reposado is a luxurious tribute to artisanal craftsmanship and sustainable practices, delivering an authentic taste of Mexico in every sip.

Process & Profile

Casa Noble Reposado stands out for its meticulous production process. Made from 100% blue weber agave and triple distilled for unmatched purity, this tequila is aged for 364 days—the maximum time allowed for a reposado—in new French white oak barrels. Unlike other reposados aged only 4-6 months, this extended aging imbues it with remarkable complexity while preserving the delicate essence of sweet agave. The brand's commitment to sustainability and organic practices is evident, making it an eco-conscious choice without compromise in quality.

Tasting Notes

Casa Noble Reposado delivers a symphony of aromas and flavors that unfold with every sip:
  • Aroma: The nose greets you with notes of vanilla, floral accents, and a hint of lemongrass.
  • Palate: Layers of sweet cooked agave harmonize with flavors of toasted oak, caramel, pepper, and roasted coffee beans, finishing with subtle hints of banana and citrus.
  • Finish: Smooth, full-bodied, and sensuous, its lingering finish is a balance of barrel-aged richness and the natural sweetness of agave.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Casa Noble Reposado different from other reposado tequilas?

Three things set it apart. First, it's certified organic — one of very few mass-distributed tequilas to carry that certification. Second, the agave is slow-cooked in stone (mampostería) ovens for 38 hours rather than the autoclave-pressure cooking most large brands use, which preserves a more complex, sweeter cooked-agave flavor. Third, it rests 364 days in French oak (one day shy of the 365-day cutoff for añejo classification under Mexican law), so it picks up significantly more oak character than the typical 6-month reposado. The result is a structured, mineral-driven spirit that drinks closer to a young añejo than a standard reposado. See more in our Reposado Tequila collection.

What does Casa Noble Reposado taste like?

On the nose: cooked agave, citrus zest, white pepper, and a soft toasted-oak background. On the palate: sweet baked agave up front, then a mid-palate of vanilla, dried apricot, and a lingering minerality. The finish is long, dry, and lightly peppery — almost wine-like in its structure. Markedly less vanilla-and-caramel-sweet than mass-market reposados like Casamigos or 1800, and more "agave-forward" overall.

How should I drink Casa Noble Reposado?

Neat, in a copita or rocks glass at room temperature, is how the distillery recommends it — and that's how it's most rewarding. A single large rock is also lovely as the ice slowly opens up the herbal notes. We don't recommend it for batched margaritas at this price point ($65.99); save it for sipping or for one carefully made margarita using fresh-squeezed lime and a small touch of agave nectar. For a cocktail-friendly pour at lower price, Espolòn Reposado ($39.99) does the job better.

How does Casa Noble Reposado compare to Casamigos Reposado?

Different schools entirely. Casamigos Reposado ($52.99) is gentle, vanilla-forward, and built for soft sipping or easy mixing — a crowd-pleaser. Casa Noble Reposado ($65.99) is drier, more mineral, more structured, and meant for slower contemplation. If you have guests who tell you they "don't really like tequila," reach for the Casamigos. If you're sitting on the porch with one tequila-loving friend, reach for the Casa Noble.

What's the difference between Casa Noble Reposado and Casa Noble Añejo?

Both come from the same organic, stone-oven-cooked agave at the same Tequila Valley distillery. The Reposado rests 364 days in French oak; the Casa Noble Añejo ($74.09) rests two years in the same French oak barrels. The Añejo is darker, richer, more dried-fruit and chocolate-driven on the palate, with a longer oak-vanilla finish. The Reposado retains more agave brightness; the Añejo is more contemplative. Both are excellent — pick by mood and season.

Is Casa Noble Reposado a good Cinco de Mayo bottle?

Yes — but match it to the right occasion. For a small dinner party (4–6 guests) where guests will actually taste the tequila, this is one of the smartest premium reposado picks at the price. For a 20-person backyard margarita party, you'll want a less expensive workhorse like Espolòn Reposado or 1800 Reposado, and save the Casa Noble for after the crowd thins. Our Cinco de Mayo final-hours order guide walks through bottle selection by party size and budget in detail.
