A benchmark producer of delicious, dry rosé.  Founded by Templar knights in the 13th century, and is home to a proud viticultural tradition and more than 160 acres of organically grown vineyards. Wine is made with organic grapes.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of red fruit, white peach, exotic spice, and light floral and citrus zest notes. Intense yet elegant on the palate, ending with a long, fresh, finish.
