What happens as soon as I place an order?
First things first, welcome to be Bourbon Central fam! You’ll be greeted with an order confirmation email, along with a personal thank you message from our CEO. From there, your order will be directly forwarded to our shipping department which will subsequently package your order and dispatch it to a carrier upon completion.
How long does shipping typically take?
Great question! Hate to be THAT guy or gal, but we’re gonna have to go with: it varies. Most orders are shipped out within a few business days and can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to reach your destination. For some states, Bourbon Central works closely with regional carriers to adhere to all alcohol shipping guidelines; this process, oftentimes, may prolong the shipment time by a handful of days. Of course, regulations are always subject to change, so rest assured that the Bourbon Central Shipping Department is doing their personal best to get your order to you in the fastest and safest manner possible!
How do I add a gift note to an order?
Simple! Go to your cart, and peek at the right hand side of your screen where you’ll see a box that says: Add Special Shipping Instructions. Pop in your gift note here, and our team will take care of the rest. At this time, we unfortunately do not offer gift wrapping for bottles — but, it’s in the works :)
How do I check the status of an order?
Two main methods, here — you can either go back to your order confirmation e-mail and visit your order status page on your website from there, or shoot over an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of your customer representatives will get back to you within 24 hours.
What if you don’t carry (or are out of stock) of a specific bourbon?
Don’t sweat it, just send us a message via our Concierge Form. We’ll work diligently to source the bottle that you need and get back to you within one day tops!
