To make Acinum Amarone della Valpolicella bold and exquisite wine, winemakers use the method of Appassimento. Harvesting fresh fruits and drying it for 3 months until the fruit shrivels, giving the wine its signature color and flavor. Dark ruby/purple color with a long lasting nose with silky, sexy texture. Made in the Veneto region of north-eastern Italy, the wine is aged for 2 years in oak creating a more aromatic and flavorful wine. Amarone della Valpolicella is arguably the region’s most prestigious red wine.
