Peg Leg Porker Bourbon is a standout in the world of Tennessee whiskeys, primarily because of its creator, Carey Bringle, who brings his expertise in BBQ to the art of bourbon making. This 8-year-old bourbon is aged in charred oak barrels and filtered through hickory charcoal, a nod to the traditional Tennessee process but with Bringle's twist. The result is a rich, full-flavored bourbon balanced between sweetness and smokiness.
