Breaker Bourbon

Breaker Bourbon Whiskey is a new bourbon produced along the central coast of California and is distilled in eight barrels that have been aged at five years.  This bourbon is 90 proof with 45% abv and is housed in a 750 ml bottle.  Mash: 60% corn, 30% rye and 10% barley.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: 
A dark honey.

Aroma: 
Sweet with a hint of creamy vanilla.

Taste: 
Sweet vanila, honey, corn, spices, white chocolate and buttery biscuits.

Finish:
Long finish with vanilla and sugar teasing the palate.
