Dunham Cellars Trutina is inspired by the Bordeaux varieties, our classic blend opens with aromas of black plum, blackberry jam, and white pepper. Subtle barrel spice notes mingle with delectable flavors of dates, dried cherries, and apricot on the palate. As always, impeccably balanced with the structure to play well with food and yet the smooth richness to enjoy all by itself.
Blend: 64% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc.
The winery makes its home in a rustic, remodeled World War II era airplane hangar in Walla Walla, Washington, and will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2025. The family-owned winery strives for excellence from vineyard to bottle, and sources fruit from several renowned estate vineyards in prime locations around the Walla Walla and Columbia Valley appellations.
