    I bought this a a gift for my dad for his birthday and he loves it. I couldn't have gotten a better gift. The taste is very good and it's very smooth going down. I would definitely recommend it.

The deep, ruddy hue and toffee-like aroma suggest that this Cognac will be on the sweeter side. The palate delivers cherry jam fruitiness and a burst of heat up front, segueing to fudge and hazelnut on the finish, plus cinnamon and clove. It feels almost like drinking a Cognac Old-Fashioned cocktail.
